Program Manager, DC Quality

The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) team at Amazon is looking for an experienced Program Manager to build and execute a Grocery Operational strategy to support the growth and expansion of our Grocery Businesses (Fresh, Amazon Go and any future formats).
Building and expanding a successful Grocery business is a key component of the Amazon flywheel, an economic engine that uses growth and massive scale to improve the customer experience through greater selection and lower cost.
This growth and scale is not achievable without a concurrent distribution strategy that optimizes for low cost distribution at high availability and Instock- this role will be specifically focused to ensure we meet these goalsAs a Senior Program Manager in GSF, you will use analytical, technical, program management, and operations management skills to develop plans for the Operations and partner teams to execute.
As a member of this team, you will be a thought leader and will work cross functionally to design the Amazon distribution network of the future.
You will help craft new concepts to integrate into our network to improve the overall customer experience and reduce the total cost of fulfillment.
The role includes writing documents that present a clear view on our forward looking strategy to SVP level leadership, developing tech requirements to enhance our supply chain and ensuring our distribution network is robust to address future challenges and growth.
You must have a strong record of being able to navigate, lead and deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities include:
Working with Retail, Finance, Tech and Operations partners towards defining Distribution Centers' operational strategy and execution.
Form and lead cross-functional project teams by planning, organizing, managing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders Building complex analytical models to analyze projects and communicating the vision to partner teams.
Writing strategy documents that clearly communicate supply chain vision to senior leadership and then executing on the vision with partner teams A successful candidate will demonstrate:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
