Overview
Northwest Pallet Services, LLC is one of the nation's leading pallet supply management corporations. We are looking to hire experienced productions workers to sort and repair wooden pallets inside of our customer's distribution center.
1st Shift
6:00AM to 2:30PM
Monday - Saturday
Starting Pay: $12.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Quality repair of our customer's pallets. Knowledge of how to use nail guns, pneumatic guns, hammers, and small hand tools is preferred.

  • Inspecting pallets and hand sorting pallets

  • Loading and unloading pallet trailers using a sit-down propane forklift (forklift experience is not required)

  • Maintaining a clean work environment-sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.


Qualifications

  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

  • The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment

  • Continuously bending, twisting, and lifting up to 75-80 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.

  • The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards.

  • The ability to work a flexible schedule-including weekends and holidays when needed.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Must be 18 years or older


Work Environment:
While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions including hot and cold temperatures.

  • Be open learn new skills. If you do not have prior experience, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
