Production Clerk

Summarize customer orders and program order of run per shift, per line.
Ensure personnel is schedule to work in Production Schedules
Maintain status of lines to run to be cleaned and communicate to all Departments
Monitor attendance and late arrivals of all personnel.
Coordinate with QA product on hold for disposition
Coordinate performance of inventories of Raw and Packaging Material in Production on a weekly basis.
Posting all finished products produced thru AX System
Coordinate operational and safety training sessions.
Ensure personnel are taking breaks and lunch according to Labor regulations.
Guide leads, coordinator, operators and packers for optimal performance.
Comply with the quality assurance regulations, SQF, and food safety.
Follow all safety procedures in a proper manner.
Dress appropriately and wear all required personal protective equipment assigned (PPE)
Use lockout/tag out devices and procedures as required
Waste water management
Compliance with the quality system, food safety, and SQF procedures
Other duties may be assigned based on department and business needs
Must be able to read and write
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
Knowledge of the GMP policy is preferable
Bilingual skills preferable (Spanish and English).
Must be able to work over time
Must be available to work at any time including weekends.
High School Diploma or General Education
Administrative / Technical credentials a plus
Minimum 2 years experience as Clerk/Supervisor in food manufacturing industry
Knowledge of basic Word/Excel and/or other Microsoft Programs is preferred Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
