Shipping Clerk/Office Export Analyst


Company in the Mira Loma, CA is looking for an experience Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Hours 8:30am -5:00pm
Office export analyst.
Duties include:
Exporting orders from one system to another.
Auditing paperwork for accuracy
Troubleshooting/problem solving
Creating commercial invoices, and exporting documents.
Scheduling pickups with carriers
Auditing packages as they are being loaded. (in the warehouse)
Daily emails with carriers, and customers.
Filing
ay rate $11.00 hourly
Must have:
Intermediate to expert excel experience
Must be able to multitask.
Must have good customer service, and follow up skills.
Previous exporting experience would be a plus.
This is a temp to hire position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
