We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Lead to join our facility.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for moving inventory, processing orders, and assisting in the assembly department when required.
The ideal candidate must be organized, motivated, and capable of working in a demanding environment.

00 per hour, DOE Responsibilities and Duties:
Operate various warehouse equipment, including standup reach forklift, sit-down forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and RF scan gun.
Process and prepare inventory for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Move inventory and materials across the facility safely and efficiently.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
Package items securely and label them correctly for shipment.
Assist with assembly tasks as needed, following assembly instructions, and ensuring quality standards.
Perform inventory control duties, including reporting and tracking damaged or missing inventory.
Build and organize LTL orders, stacking and arranging bulk items as required.
Conduct cycle counting and update inventory logs and documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and achieve department goals.
Always adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Other duties, as necessary.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent Minimum 3 years' working experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
Certification to operate warehouse equipment (standup reach, sit-down, pallet jack, RF scanner, electric pallet jack).
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds or more and performing warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
LTL Shipping knowledge.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
