Have high volume dishwasher experience.
Utilize clean work habits and have solid attention to detail.
Can stand and walk in eight-hour shifts.
Can work weekends and holidays.
Hold a current food handlers card.
DESCRIPTION:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Maintain cleanliness of the dish station throughout the shift.
Sort, rinse and stack dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils, as well as pots, pans and trays.
Sweep/mop all kitchen areas and clean up spills.
Understands operation of dish machines such as soap, sanitizer quality, etc.
Break down boxes and carry garbage cans to the dumpster outside.
Keep the area clean around the dumpster.
Assist with prep duties as needed.
This includes cutting vegetables, cleaning lettuce, and peeling potatoes, amongst other duties.
Use a dish machine and load and unload items.
