Job Description:
Requires 3-5
years of lamination line lead/supervisory experience or similar production lead/supervisory role.
Monitor production process, adjust line for efficiency and quality, troubleshoot as needed.
Complete production logs, operate forklift, manage inventory as directed.
Delegate tasks, lead team meetings, communicate production issues and safety concerns.
Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct orientation and training for new hires.
Oversee laminating process for quality control, manage non-conformities and product identification.
Additional duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
Qualifications include high school diploma, forklift operator experience, and relevant production supervision experience.
