Individual assisting the Bid Management team to oversee subcontractors and jobsite work.
Responsibilities:
Bid Mail - sending invites to subcontractors Able to read jobsite plans and assist with estimating duties Assisting Project Managers planning, management and closeout of jobs RFIs Issuing subcontracts and collected required documents Monitoring document safety compliance on jobsites Prepare and coordinate Submittals to clients and collection from subs Reviewing and issuing Change Orders per PM's direction EXCEL spreadsheet tracking SAGE contract entry, POs and Change Orders Prepare daily construction reports Assisting Accounting department with Sub document collection if needed Requirements:
GC experience (mandatory) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proper email etiquette & proficient in teams and outlook Proficient in Excel (you will be tested) Experience with BidMail (mandatory) Clean Driving record Functions as a team player Able to establish & maintain professional relationships with vendors and subs Able to read plans Job Details:
