Compile/Maintain new accurate personnel files, keeping all information current for both active and terminated files 2.
Create interview schedules for job candidates 3.
Human Resources recruiter by providing all job candidates with their interview itineraries, job description, and any other information necessary 4.
Maintain Google calendar for varies events/appointments up to date 5.
Organizational skills and attention to detail 6.
Prepare HR Monthly Updates for Monthly Meetings 7.
Assist with transition of Monthly meetings, documents as needed 8.
Facilitate the new hire process by scheduling new hire orientation meetings 9.
Maintain and Complete Timesheets for payroll process 10.
Support HR with company events and parties 11.
Answer telephone and transfer calls to appropriate person/department 12.
Greet all visitors, vendors, and job applicants, and direct to appropriate employee 13.
Ensure that office supplies are in stock; handle ordering process for all supplies as needed, and store office supplies in their appropriate areas 14.
Maintaining phone list for office up to date 15.
Receiving / processing HR temporary staffing agency invoices to accounting 16.
Assist with projects as needed 17.
Bilingual language skills in Mandarin is highly preferred Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
