- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options - Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Process guest payments using cash register or POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area ###
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server in the food industry preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Familiarity with basic math for handling payments accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Experience with bussing tables and assisting in the kitchen is a plus - Culinary background or knowledge is beneficial This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our restaurant.
