94 an hour 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago Duties - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the Aloha POS system for kitchen preparation - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods - Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas Requirements - Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus - Knowledge of Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is preferred - Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
