Galasso's Bakery is a full-line bakery producing hearth baked sourdough, sliced and French breads as well as dinner rolls, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, and specialty breads.
Galasso's produces over 300 different bread items for restaurants, hotels, theme parks, sport complexes, quick-serve restaurants, hospitals, and government complexes.
Position Expectations Must be able to account for quantity of every product ran on shift Performs various product changeovers in a quick manner to ensure production line continues to run Performs various machinery adjustments such as hinge slice, full slice, open guides etc.
Must be able to complete production documentation Changes code dates on computer screen and manually changes code color Ensure product is placed in correct bag with correct code date Maintains the work area in a clean manner Performs other duties as assigned Education, Skills and Knowledge Required:
Minimum 5 years in a food manufacturing environment highly preferred.
Lead or leadership knowledge also preferred.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail Follow up/follow through a must!
