Responsibilities:
Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job's time.

1.
Scrape and spray all ware before it is placed into the ware-washing machine.
2.
Operate all ware-washing machinery properly.
3.
Rack all plateware and glassware properly according to type and size to avoid confusion and breakage.
4.
Ensure that all ware is clean and sanitary before leaving the dish and pot room areas.
5.
Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas.
6.
Keep ware-washing area clean and safe.
7.
Keep ware-washing machinery clean and report any problems with machinery to supervisor.
8.
Clean work area, drains, and machinery properly at the end of each shift.
9.
Perform other duties as assigned.
