As a Site Manager, you will oversee the game-day operations of a venue, ensuring smooth and successful events.

Responsibilities Set up and break down fields and equipment for game day events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for participants Provide supervision and guidance to part-time staff members and volunteer coaches Ensure programs run on schedule and smoothly, coordinating logistics and addressing any issues that may arise Emphasize and demonstrate core concepts of sportsmanship, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere Organize game day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently displaying a positive attitude and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly Qualifications/Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to lift and move up to 40-50 lbs.
as needed for event setup and breakdown Excellent communication and organization skills Own a smartphone compatible with Apple or Google Play Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems proactively Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships Flexible availability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season (approximately 7-8 weeks) Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check Possession of a valid state-issued Driver's License Access to reliable transportation with the ability to pull a trailer for equipment transport Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young athletes.
