As a Site Manager, you will oversee the game-day operations of a venue, ensuring smooth and successful events.

Responsibilities Set up and break down fields and equipment for game day events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for participants Provide supervision and guidance to part-time staff members and volunteer coaches Ensure programs run on schedule and smoothly, coordinating logistics and addressing any issues that may arise Emphasize and demonstrate core concepts of sportsmanship, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere Organize game day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness Deliver exceptional customer service by consistently displaying a positive attitude and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly Qualifications/Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to lift and move up to 40-50 lbs.
