Our assignments require active attention, walking, standing for the majority or entirety of the shift, and staying mentally sharp and alert.
The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises, open doors for guests, enforce rules and boundaries, assist the client in any security needs, be able to be a presence when needed, and also have the ability to be discreet.
We are looking for an executive security officer type vs a bouncer type for this role.
Someone who has the ability to keep a cool head, be trustworthy, and have the ability to work both independently and on a team.
We are a newer company experiencing rapid growth.

Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays Flexible schedule Unarmed startingat $17/hr Armed starting at $21/hr CCW rates vary based on assignment Attire will range from general security attire to executive.
Officers work as needed, from 4-50 hours a week (including mandatory Friday or Saturday shifts) with posts all over Southern California
Responsibilities:
Enforce safety and security rules and regulations.
Work with a team to identify building security risks.
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors.
Watch for suspicious persons or activities.
Enforce rules for alcohol boundaries, parking lots, etc.
Will verbally de-escalate situations to ensure the safety of fellow employees, customers and clients.
Requirements:
Must be physically capable to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift Move or lift objects up to 100 lbs.
Must be capable of climbing steps repeatedly, squatting, kneeling, etc.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications (guard card or willing to obtain guard card is a must) Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21
years of age for armed roles Must be able to not be on your phone for the majority of your shift.
Qualifications:
Our most successful guards come from many backgrounds.
Some have no security experience when hired, and some have a decade worth of experience.

Previous experience in military, sports, security, law enforcement, or other related fields a plus Background in wrestling, mma, judo, jujitsu, or other craft a plus.
