The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing helpful information about our products and services.
Routing and scheduling pick ups.
Check dementions of products and weight.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to communnicate with shippingk clerks regarding loads.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
