The Logistics Manager will provide timely and accurate information regarding Inbound and Outbound products and services.
This will require an in-depth working knowledge of our current ERP System Net Suite as well as tools and products used by our third-party Customers and Vendors.
KPI?s to the extent not already in existence will be created to allow interested parties to be able to track, monitor and react to changes in inbound & outbound shipments as well as Inventory levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain KPI?s surrounding Inventory Levels, Inbound Shipments, Outbound Shipments Calculate Inventory Levels for Standard products ? Set Cycle Count Parameters Keep interested parties informed of any change in dates on both In-bound and Out-bound shipments Keeping Senior Management up to date on matters likely to impact production schedules and delivery promises Responsibilities Develop and amend a series of KPI?s designed to keep all interested parties up to date on all areas of Supply Chain All In-bound and Outbound shipments Ensuring all Interested Parties are advised on changes in delivery dates, particularly those that will impact current and future production schedules Setting and Maintaining Inventory levels on standard products, including physical location and Storage Supervise Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories Organizational Relationships Strong Relationships with Operations, Sales, Finance and HR Education, Work Experience, Skill Requirements, and Certifications Minimum Education Required ? Bachelor?s degree Minimum Experience Required ? 5 Years progressive experience in an operational role with Supervisory experience Skills Required ? Strong ERP skills, Net Suite is an advantage; MS Excel; good communication skills Special Requirements This is a hands-on role, supervising a staff of 8 covering Purchasing, Shipping/ Receiving and Inventory control Strong Manufacturing knowledge is essential for this role with a heavy bias towards supply chain activities.
The majority of our Inputs and Outputs are domestic as such knowledge of import and export processes are useful but not essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ERP matters related to Operations and Supply Chain Support the VP Operations with Shop Floor Tracking metrics Work Environment CryoWorks Inc.
