The ideal candidate has background in clerical duties can work with minimal supervision, can adapt to a busy work environment and has the go getter attitude to accomplish goals and deadlines.
What you'll do Tracks project change orders including approval and/or orders to proceed; maintains change order log updated Develops, tracks, and maintains project schedules Sets up job accordingly; creates fabrication and installation work orders in scheduling software Keeps project team and others informed about project statuses and issues that may impact client relations Supports and assists field superintendents in maintaining schedule and adjusting job activities in scheduling as needed Verifies discrepancies and make corrections accordingly (e.
g.
Tracking codes, installation, spreading, etc.
) Prepares RFI (Requests for Information) Requests any information necessary from builders to provide finish sheet to project engineering Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.
Reporting on progress and challenges.
Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work Coordinates airline travel, hotel reservations, and vehicle rentals for installation crew Creates work orders for the installation crew What we're looking for Experience in the construction or stone fabrication field preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word) Demonstrated ability to work a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask If you're ready for a rewarding career with lots of room for growth, submit your application and we'll review you application within a day or two!
